Things to consider:

+ educate yourself on ‘The Fluoride deception’ and the ‘Truth about Tooth Decay’

 

Use Natural Cleaning Products

Homemade = Lemon + baking Soda + Vinegar

 

Dirty Dozen = Eat these foods Organic!

  • Clean your fruits and veggies with a 10% vinegar 90% water solution

 

Grow your own food! – Check your Soil:

  • Too acidic? – needs some lime
  • Too basic – needs sulfur

(Heavy metal chelation = the process of pulling metals out of the body)

  • Categorize days of the week into specific types of jobs or tasks
  • Instead of days consider breaking up the day into chunks of time/tasks.
  • Emails – only check them at a specific (or at 2 specific) times during the day

Fatigue

-> is in the brain = a physiological state of mind

Fatigue is NOT

  • In the heart
  • Or in the lungs
  • Muscles or Physiology

Fatigue IS

= when your brain signals your body to STOP, due to:

  • Oxygen levels
  • Ketone / Fatty Acid availability
  • Glucose Availability

 

Decision-Making Fatigue

The Anterior Cingulate Cortex

  • controls heart rate and breathing
  • also involved in the decision making process
  • as well as your ability to paying attention in general
  • THE MORE YOU REQUIRE YOUR BRAIN AT ANY ONE TIME – THE FASTER YOU ARE GOING TO FATIGUE. – REGARDLESS OF HOW FIT YOUR MUSCLES ARE….
  • The struggle is between the part of us that wants to quit and the part of us that wants to keep going = this struggle takes up all our available resources.

It all boils down to conflict resolution: the more on your mind, the worse your performance.

 

Brain State for Best Performance

@ 8-12 Hz = alpha brain waves

  • A state of relaxed alertness (not one of aggression!)
  • Direct correlation between brain waves and neurotransmitter production

MUSIC

  • Sound / frequency activate the ‘Calmodulin Pathway
